This policy applies to: - New subscriptions (monthly and annual plans) - Day passes - Subscription renewals - Plan upgrades and downgrades It does not apply to: - Free tier usage (no charge is made) - Services provided free of charge

3. Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal date. After the 14-day window: - Monthly subscriptions: No refund for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal. - Annual subscriptions: Pro-rata refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis for the unused portion. - Day passes: No refund after use. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of service outage, billing errors, or other extenuating circumstances.

4. Refund Conditions

5. Subscription-Specific Terms

Day Pass: A one-time purchase valid for 24 hours. No recurring billing. No refund after the pass has been used. Monthly Plan: Billed monthly. Cancel anytime. No refund for the current period after the 14-day window. Annual Plan: Billed yearly. Cancel anytime. Pro-rata refund may be considered for the unused full months. How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@codecheckhq.com. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not trigger an automatic refund for the current period.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund: 1. Send an email to support@codecheckhq.com with the subject line "Refund Request" 2. Include your account email, the transaction date, and the reason for the refund 3. We will review your request within 2 business days 4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days Refunds are processed via the original payment method. The actual time to appear on your statement depends on your bank and may take an additional 5-10 business days.
